Project evidence and implementation walkthroughs.
Delivered work should be checkable. A process example should be clearly identified. Neither is a promise that every business will get the same result.
Delivered project: IAIGuy buyer-guide buildout
The IAIGuy project added seven substantial buyer guides covering pricing, Google Maps troubleshooting, AI automation, chatbots, AI visibility, website conversion, and business-information cleanup. The work also connected related pages, aligned visible FAQs with structured data, and updated the sitemap.
You can inspect the published guide hub, pricing explanation, and AI visibility checklist. These demonstrate published implementation work. No traffic increase, ranking improvement, or sales lift is claimed for this recent release.
How to evaluate a technical handoff
- Compare the agreed page or workflow scope with what is actually live.
- Check links, mobile layout, source facts, and the next action.
- Test valid requests and failure states rather than only viewing screenshots.
- Confirm ownership of the domain, accounts, files, and connected systems.
- Record unresolved dependencies and ongoing maintenance responsibilities.
Illustrative workflow: a quote request
Hypothetical example, not a named client case. A customer sends an estimate request. The system validates the input, creates a reference, routes it to the appropriate owner, and makes clear whether the request was accepted. A person reviews suitability and confirms the next step.
The acceptance tests include missing information, duplicates, after-hours routing, and an unavailable notification destination. A successful test proves that route works under the tested conditions; it does not prove future revenue or a universal response time.
What supports a measured business claim
A result claim needs a baseline, dates, a consistent metric, relevant context, and permission to disclose the evidence. Separate changes to traffic, qualified inquiries, bookings, and completed work. Advertising changes and seasonal demand can affect comparisons.
We do not publish a percentage just because it sounds persuasive. Ask about the work relevant to your project, what can be shown, and what would need to be measured after launch.
Continue with the response testing worksheet or lead-system scope.
