Review Automation: Permission, Neutral Requests, and Owner Review

MyAIisBetter editorial resource | Updated October 21, 2026

Automate the organization of review work without automating invented praise. A useful process respects the customer and keeps the owner responsible for public responses.

Choose a genuine service milestone

Decide when the customer has enough experience to give meaningful feedback. Use a consistent process for eligible customers rather than choosing only those expected to leave positive ratings. Confirm the communication permission and the channel before sending automated requests.

The invitation should be short and neutral. Do not offer a reward for a review, dictate the rating, or require the customer to include specific promotional wording.

Keep the response queue accountable

New feedback needs an assigned owner and a clear next step. An AI draft should be reviewed for factual accuracy, privacy, tone, and authority to offer a remedy. Keep account details and private job information out of public replies.

Do not automatically post a defensive response to every negative comment. Some issues require an internal investigation or an authorized private conversation before any statement is made.

Use proof with permission

Before republishing a testimonial, customer photograph, or identifiable project, confirm permission and context. Preserve the meaning of a customer's statement. Do not convert a general compliment into an unsupported claim about sales or rankings.

If the only available example is hypothetical, say so. A process walkthrough can still be useful without pretending that it describes a named client's measured result.

Separate operations from search-result repair

Review requests and response management do not automatically remove a complaint page or suppress an article in search. Record the exact issue and scope specialist work separately when necessary. Avoid placing sensitive personal disputes in an ordinary public intake form.

Use the reputation workflow service for implementation scope and the project examples for evidence standards. The success measure is a dependable, honest feedback process, not an artificial five-star profile.
